Job Description

Due to new opportunities, we are currently looking to employ 2-3 people to join our hardworking Void Property Clear & Clean teams as Environmental Service Technicians. The roles will be part or full time (minimum 21 hours up to 41.5 hours per week) with a full-time starting salary of 27,190.80 per year (12.60 per hour) rising to 28,593.50 (13.25 per hour), upon completion of a successful probationary period. The work will be mainly based around either the Blackpool & Fylde area and/or Preston & South Ribble area so it is essential that anyone applying has a full clean driver's licence. Those working in South Ribble will be based from our South Ribble Office. Cleaning experience is desirable.

The roles mainly involve void property work for local Housing Associations, local authorities and other domestic/commercial clients. We have the following roles available:

Clearance team member - undertaking of waste removal/property clearances and some builders' cleans where necessary.

Cleaning team member - void property cleaning and other cleaning work including some specialist cleaning when required (training will be given for this aspect of the role).

Clear and clean team member - undertaking of clearances and cleans as above.

Following a probationary period, the successful candidates may be offered training in other areas of the business. For the right candidates, there may also be the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship or further qualifications within the field.
