We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager (Electrification) to join us here at Octavius working on the Southern Renewals Enterprise.
The Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE) is accountable for the Southern Region's renewals programme (CP7 & CP8) and through collective expertise will develop, mobilise and deliver a 9 billion programme between 2024 - 2034.
The Southern Integrated Delivery (SID), which forms part of the SRE, is a fully integrated commercial partnership between AtkinsRealis, Network Rail, Octavius, VolkerFitzpatrick and VolkerRail.through our collective strength, capability and knowledge we will own and deliver the renewals programme and together we achieve and share in its success.

You'll be working on.... (what your role and responsibility is)
To lead and manage the successful delivery of a large project or portfolio of works for our E&P team, in line with the Line of Sight delivering projects safely, that delight our customers, are of a high quality, within the financial targets set and in line with agreed programmes.
To lead by example by engendering the collaborative culture throughout the Project team, including suppliers and customers, ensuring that everyone works towards our common vision of a vibrant delivery mechanism that delivers on promises, chosen by customers and has safety at its core.

About you.... (what you are skilled at)
You will have managed electrification projects at Project Manager level and have experience across a broad section of construction disciplines in both the Civil Engineering and Rail environment with a good track record of delivering projects successfully.
Detailed understanding of safety leadership from a policy and behavioural perspective.
Commercially and contractually astute and understands how project and package P&L impacts on corporate finances.
SMSTS competent, Correct CSCS card, PTS (if required) and other identified training.
Good level of IT skills.
Good level of programming and Conditions of contract (NEC, ICE etc.) knowledge.

Have an industry recognised qualification such as a Degree, HND, NVQ or similar in a Civil Engineering/Building or related course
