The Programme



EPUT and MSEFT are embarking on the implementation of a UK first of type Unified Electronic Patient Record (UEPR) system that spans Acute, Mental Health and Community services. The new system will be delivered through the Nova Programme, alongside our commercial partners for this significant transformative journey.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Nova programme in the role of Subject Matter Expert Assistant (SME) and to be part of our mission and successful delivery of the programme.



JOB SUMMARY



To provide an effective and professional service when liaising with stakeholders using tact and diplomacy to encourage effective working when dealing with any communication difficulties. To provide first line support to all the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust service users To troubleshoot all queries that are received into the department through all forms of media and communications. To cover the department, call centre during open hours. To control the department workflow that comes through all of our monitored mailboxes. To organize and control the department request tracker and process to enforce KPIs. To provide information and advice in a timely manner.

With a workforce of approximately 15,000 staff, we can now do more and go further in delivering health services to our local communities.
