Digital Services are excited to offer a full-time System Administrator position to support the WebV Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system in Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust .



This role will involve providing comprehensive system administration, management, and user support for the WebV EPR.



Location & Working Arrangements:



The post will be primarily based in Grimsby, with potential travel to additional Trust sites including Scunthorpe , Goole. We offer a hybrid working model, combining time onsite with remote work from home.



About the Role:



You will join the Digital Services team, collaborating closely with other digital professionals and clinical system users. Your core responsibilities will include user support, system configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for the WebV EPR and related clinical systems.



We're looking for an experienced and motivated professional who:



Has strong experience in system administration within a healthcare or clinical IT environment, ideally with WebV or similar EPR systems.



Demonstrates excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clinical and non-clinical users.



Applies a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting system issues.



Can assess, prioritize, and manage workload efficiently to ensure timely resolution of incidents.



Works proactively and independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team.



Duties will include but not limited to:



To act as the first- and second-line support in the configuration of all WebV System modules which will involve task-related problem solving.

Be a point of knowledge and administer all parts of the WebV system.

Acting as first line support to users for data quality and training issues and feed these into the WebV team.

If required, support the training team by holding training sessions on the system.

o be able to triage issues at a technical level and give feedback to the team for resolution.

The post holder will be required to work independently, being managed rather than supervised, seeking advice as required from WebV management, being guided by Standard Operating Procedures, protocols, appropriate materials and to established performance criteria.

Requires close working relationships with other staff within the WebV team and the EPR Project Team

Liaise with system users and project managers and coordinators as EPR is rolled out.

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust (NL&G) Digital Services are developing the in-house, bespoke Electronic Patient Record (EPR) that incorporates numerous clinical modules to be referred to as the WebV Systems - a system with approximately 15,000 users across Greater Lincolnshire. This Digital Services team also provide Data Warehouse, development of bespoke Information Systems, Intranet development and support and Integration to the organization.



The Digital Services Team provides development, implementation, and support functions for key strategic, tactical, and operational digital services across the Trust. These functions support the organization to effectively deliver its business and clinical services. The post holder will be expected to undertake day to day operations to develop, implement and support for both the systems and interfaces for which the Trust provides services for. The provision of robust IT services is a critical component supporting the delivery of 24/7 services to the health community of Lincolnshire.



The post holder will be expected to undertake day to day operations to support the project in developing and implementing WebV and assist the WebV Systems Support Team in the day-to-day administration of its clinical systems

The post holder is expected to undertake day-to-day operations to support the EPR project in developing and implementing the WebV System.

To maintain an effective library system of EPR clinical/system documentation from receiving complex information where persuasive skills may be required to overcome barriers of understanding to design, create and prepare documentation templates for upload to the WebV System.

Working closely with the WebV development team, training team and the EPR Project Team, you will provide an effective administrative support function in the development of electronic documentation throughout the rollout of the EPR Project.
