Monitoring and triaging our shared inbox to keep queries and communications flowing
Supporting centres with pre-visit queries and logistics advice
Maintaining accurate trackers, templates, and filing systems to ensure we're audit-ready
Drafting and sending standardised communications to centres and EQAs
Collaborating with colleagues across Operations, Risk, and Central Support to share updates
Helping to improve processes, templates, and systems so everything runs as efficiently as possible
Who You Are
You're highly organised, confident with admin systems, and enjoy keeping things in order. You'll also bring:
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience managing shared inboxes, trackers, or scheduling systems
Good written communication skills and confidence drafting professional emails
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and shared storage systems
The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teamwork
(Awareness of quality assurance or regulatory environments is desirable, but not essential - full training will be provided.)
