We're looking for an EQA Review Officer to join our EQA Services team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative and organisational skills who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and consistency. You don't need prior experience in the awarding or Ofqual world, experience of assessing or internal quality assurance (IQA) would be of benefit, but please apply if you're confident managing documents, following processes, and communicating professionally, we'll provide full training. Depending on experience, this role may be appointed at Officer or Senior Officer level.
What You'll Do
Log and track External Quality Assurance (EQA) visit reports, sanctions, and action plans
Review and interpret EQA reports carried out on approved centres
Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and ensure version control
Send routine post-visit communications to centres using approved templates
Organise and store reports and quality documentation clearly and consistently
Assist with preparing documentation and notes for Quality Assurance Forum (QAF) meetings
Liaise with colleagues across Operations, Risk, and Compliance to share relevant updates
Support improvements in EQA report processing and sanctions administration
About You
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and maintaining structured digital records
Clear, professional communication skills
Proactive, methodical, and committed to accuracy and quality
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in education, assessing, IQA, EQA, compliance, or another regulated environment (desirable but not essential)
