We have a new opportunity for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator to join our Engagement & Diversity team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the Guinness People and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategies. You will co-ordinate and administer Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing events, promoting the events to increase the number of colleagues in attendance. You will be assisting with analysing and tracking of diversity metrics, to ensure the effectiveness of initiatives, and you will work closely with the wider HR services team to extract and analyse performance data to support decision making. You will need to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity working 21 hours per week. We currently operate a hybrid working pattern, with attendance in the office required 1 or 2 days a week (depending on number of days worked)

Essential Skills:
Ability to plan and manage your own workload effectively, set personal priorities and work methodically using own initiative.
Good attention to detail.
Experience in working to deadlines and targets.
Excellent customer service skills including experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Experience in working with confidential information (HR, Legal, etc.)
Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of working with Microsoft applications-Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.
Desirable Skills:
Experience managing multiple diaries, arranging meetings and noting actions/minutes.
Experience working Engagement, EDI or Wellbeing.
Experience working with organisational accreditation submissions such as - Disability Confident, Investors in People.
Experience surveying colleague opinion.
Essential Qualifications:
Level 2 Qualifications in English, Maths or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications:
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
