We're excited to recruit a

full-time Equine Veterinary Surgeon

for a thriving, proudly independent equine practice. This is an ideal role for an experienced equine vet

or

a motivated recent graduate ready to build confidence across all areas of first-opinion equine work.

You'll be joining a forward thinking and friendly independent practice that prioritises high-quality care, teamwork, professional growth and long-term sustainability for its staff. The environment is inclusive, progressive and genuinely supportive.

You'll join a busy, varied caseload supporting leisure, sport and competition horses, with hands-on involvement in:

First-opinion equine medicine Lameness & poor performance investigations Reproduction & stud work Preventative healthcare Standing surgical procedures Ambulatory work supported by modern clinic facilities and excellent diagnostics
A knowledgeable, proactive support team ensures your day runs smoothly from start to finish.

? Deliver confident, compassionate clinical care
? Represent the profession positively and professionally
? Communicate clearly and work well in a small, supportive team
? Demonstrate strong organisation and a flexible approach to a dynamic workload
? Join the 1-in-4 OOH rota
? Show respect, inclusivity and a friendly attitude
? Hold a full UK driving licence

Experienced vets (2-3 years) are ideal, but enthusiastic graduates are very welcome.
