In this key role, you will support physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the provision of disability equipment across a range of settings, including family homes, schools, nurseries, and Ryegate Children's Centre.



You will play an important part in ensuring children and families receive the right equipment to support their needs.



About You



Have previous experience working with children with disabilities or using disability equipment in a therapeutic environment.

Be compassionate, respectful, and accountable in your approach

Passionate about supporting young children with disabilities and their families

A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is essential to carry out all duties of this post.



Reporting into the Early Years Team Leader, some of your responsibilities will include:



Act as a link between therapy services and Sheffield Community Equipment Loan Service for timely provision of equipment.



Support assessment and prescription of disability equipment for children.



Assist with delivery and issue of equipment in homes, schools, and community settings.



Maintain equipment competency requirements on behalf of the Trust.
