Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and experienced in coordinating offshore equipment rentals? We're looking for an

Equipment Rental Co-ordinator

to join our team and take ownership of the full rental lifecycle for subsea and offshore assets including baskets, PPUs, containers, and specialist equipment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing the mobilisation, hire, and demobilisation of offshore equipment, ensuring readiness and availability. Liaising with clients to confirm hire requirements, delivery schedules, and technical specifications. Maintaining accurate records of hire agreements, certifications, inspections, and logistics documentation. Preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and managing invoices in line with company procedures. Supporting internal reporting and ensuring data accuracy for hire activities and asset utilisation. Handling hire-related queries and resolving operational issues professionally and efficiently. Completing all associated administrative tasks within the hire process.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in equipment hire coordination, ideally within offshore, subsea, or marine operations. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent hires. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Solid understanding of logistics and documentation for offshore mobilisations.
