The Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated

ERP Analyst

to join our Swadlincote-based team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimising our ERP systems and business processes, ensuring Keystone Lintels continues to lead the way in manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and enhance business processes across departments, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations. Maintain and manage ERP system data to ensure accuracy, security, and usability. Deliver training and support to ERP users, promoting best practices and system adoption. Troubleshoot ERP issues and collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve them. Integrate ERP with other business-critical systems and tools. Identify and implement system improvements to drive efficiency and performance.

What You'll Bring

Solid understanding of business processes in a

manufacturing environment

. Experience managing ERP projects from planning through to delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

,

Power BI

, and

SQL

is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value. Ability to thrive in a
