Job Description

Overview:

The ERP specialist will be responsible for supporting ongoing system configuration, adoption, and optimization of assigned systems functions in collaboration with our implementation team. Supporting reporting development of assigned technology/systems within the Application Support Center of Excellence (COE) needed for core operations to ensure business continuity.

Assigned systems functionality may include: order to cash, procure to pay, finance, or supply chain. This role will also be key in leading the adoption and optimization of systems, establishing and managing processes, data management, reporting, user training, and projects to achieve defined service level goals, KPIs and governance requirements.


Responsibilities:

Leads assigned ERP systems adoption and optimization post implementation of assigned systems functions to achieve defined SLA and KPIs. Functional execution and leadershipOptimization of system configuration in partnership with implementation and development teams Establishment and optimization of business processes, programs, and governance User training, adoption and change management Report development Security and controls Provide recommendations for the enhancement of systems and COE execution and SLAs. Provide prioritized project and systems enhancement recommendations

Stakeholder Management

Identify business/user requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to identify system requirements post-implementation. Lead the development of "as is" and "to be" processes, user behaviours, and systems changes required to achieve the "to be" capability. Leads stakeholder collaboration in the ongoing education and development of priorities. Manage the development and adoption of systems through effective change management practices. Responsible for system training and adoption across all stakeholder groups. Supports vendor/consultant negotiations, contracts, and management.

Project Management

Plan and manage the delivery of ERP application projects, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved. Responsible for developing multi-year post-implementation operational support for enterprise level business application systems in support of organizational objectives through collaboration and counsel with stakeholders and IT partners to deliver a high level of stability, compliance, security, flexibility and value. Lead application enhancements for automation in anticipation of business needs by partnering with Project Managers Participates in Enterprise Business System agile planning and prioritization group(s) to lead prioritization and optimization of outcomes with available resources Oversee the proactive and continuous review and adoption of integration tools, techniques, standards, and services by maintaining a deep, comprehensive knowledge base of applicable business solutions, trends and best practices Provide second tier technical guidance and ensure solutions are effective Responsible for engaging, leveraging and effectively managing vendors through building strong, collateral relationships and applying appropriate negotiating skills to ensure desired value is being delivered Responsible for budget development and alignment

Qualifications:
Strong and demonstrated progressive responsibility in optimizing critical business systems/applications including, but not limited to, ERP and financial systems. Experience within a "hands on" multi-country ERP implementation role Experience in designing, developing, or maintaining an ERP system * Experience working with D365 would be highly desirable.
