Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic, articulate and versatile individual to lead our Global Communications within the Change & Transformation practice. The role will form part of CloudRock's Change Leadership team, helping our clients transform through the power of engaging and effective communications. They will work across multiple client projects, provide support to our internal communications and play a role in building and professionalising our Change Capability.
Key Job Responsibilities
Client DeliveryDesign, develop and drive communication and engagement strategies for our clients that support their technology transformation goals and objectives Understand how to align programme communication plans, with overall client business strategies and milestones Work across multiple clients, depending on the size and scale of the transformation - both strategic and hands-on versatility required Create, curate, and manage development of high-quality content, including blog posts, intranet updates, newsletters, videos - leveraging latest creative technologies and understanding effective digital and social media platforms Support clients in designing and developing a compelling transformation vision and programme identifies - working with external agencies where necessary Work with clients to develop their transformation story and narrative - including equipping leaders with regular talking points and key messages Drive stakeholder engagement for our clients, establishing effective governance and stakeholder ownership Deep knowledge of communications required to support complex technology transformations, including comms planning, innovative channels, specific hotspots, external communications Ability to scope, shape and develop appropriate resourcing profiles and budgets for communication efforts on our technology transformation programmes Work with clients to establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and align these with broader change readiness and effectiveness Identify and build relationships with external creative providers and agencies, that can support the delivery of differentiated communications

Practice DevelopmentUnderstanding the communications supply and demand for the practice, defining appropriate resourcing and hiring plans to deliver the demand Supporting the development of the CloudRock change management industry Point of View and associated methodology, framework and toolkits Working with the wider CloudRock global off-shore / near-shore teams to co-create the Communications element of the Change Toolkit Supporting the on-going development of the CloudRock change communications capability - within the change team, with our graduates and more broadly

Business DevelopmentSupporting development of the change management and communications collateral for business development and sales purposes - including pitch decks, demos, Partner and client briefings Support the design and delivery of Internal Communications to the CloudRock teams - working with Marketing and the Senior Leadership Team

The Ideal Candidate15+ years of technology enabled change communication experience including at large-scale, global organisations and major transformations Versatility - can work across the full lifecycle of a technology programme and understand how to develop compelling narratives Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies for large-scale projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Experience with digital communication tools and social media platforms Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships across all levels Workday / SAP / Oracle - HCM / Financials experience End to end transformation experience - HR / Finance / Supply Chain / Target Operating Model / Shared Services / GBS / Employee Workflows etc. Exceptional consulting, communication and presentation skills Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
