ERP & CRM PROJECT MANAGER - SCOTTISH EVENT CAMPUS

The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) - comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and The OVO Hydro - is Scotland's premier venue for events, concerts, conferences and exhibitions. With over 2 million visitors annually and a reputation for world-class events, the SEC is home to some of the biggest and most memorable live entertainment experiences in the UK.



We are seeking a proactive and delivery-focused ERP & CRM Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for working as part of the

Projects Team

to:


Deliver the successful upgrade of our current ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) to Business Central Support the scoping and implementation of a new CRM system Manage internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget Facilitate workshops with business users to gather and document current business processes and define target processes Support change and communication plans to drive user adoption Assist with developing training materials and facilitating end-user training.
