Role and Responsibilities
Playing a crucial role in defining, governing and guardianship of the global solution and template across SAP S/4 Hana, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and other closely coupled systems.
Being aware of the business requirements and processes for their assigned Business Domain (RTR, OTC, PTP/SCM) and translating these requirements into IT solutions. They are the conduit between the business process owners, super-user community and the Strategic Applications delivery team.
The lead will collaborate closely with Mundipharma's global market stakeholders, IT business partners, global process owners and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of pipeline projects and continual optimisation and improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesActing as a Technology Product owner for assigned area, taking ownership of the overall solution and delivery of capabilities to the Business Process Owners. Ensuring requirements, design and solutioning are robust and aligned with the global templates for SAP S/4, Oracle EBS and closely coupled systems. Building and maintaining technology roadmaps for assigned area that leverage available and emerging capabilities in our Strategic Applications, aligned to business roadmaps. Building strong partnering relationships with Application Providers and 3rd Party delivery teams, both on-shore and extended (off-shore) teams to enable the development and execution of the roadmaps. Experience of authoring functional specifications, test strategies and scripts, cutover plans, data migration specifications and validation approaches and training/user guides. Willingness to support hands on execution of configuration changes, data changes, testing and other system activities as required. Facilitating / participating in Governance sessions and decision making. Leading Design Authority sessions and building trusted relationships with peer and senior stakeholders in appropriate business area. Ensuring all documents and artifacts are produced and kept current for assigned area, to meet GXP and Quality Framework requirements
What you'll bringImplementation consultant Accreditation (SAP Certification) Agile delivery qualifications Domain area qualifications (ie Accountancy) 2 full project implementation cycles in SAP S/4 or Oracle EBS 5 years experience in system implementation and run Life Science sector experience Multiple sectors experience lobal organisation experience Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA and Oracle EBS implementation projects, operational run and continual improvement activities Strong understanding of functional processes Outstanding communications, collaboration and organisation skills Ability and desire to work with a team Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise of SAP S/4 Knowledge of Oracle EBS with proven ability to learn where required Good project management skills with knowledge of ASAP and Agile methodology Manage small teams of consultants on multiple projects simultaneously and mentor/coach the teams on implementation best practices Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated industry Experience in working with 3rd party vendors on/offshore

O2C:Sound experience with Integrations with SCM/end to end logistics, billing processes Deep understanding of sale order management and order fulfilment processes Deep understanding of Sales pricing models and rebates Experience of credit control, rebates, common commercial practices Experience of invoicing and AR processes
