Position: ERP Solution Architect

Location: London or Amersham, United Kingdom

Role and Responsibilities: As an ERP Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing ERP solutions for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, and translating them into effective ERP solutions.
• Leading end-to-end Workday transformation and implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants.
• Conducting system assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and customization.
• Designing and configuring ERP modules, workflows, and integrations to meet client-specific needs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, data models, and architecture diagrams.
• Ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards in ERP solution design and implementation.
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in the ERP landscape, particularly within Workday and its top competitors.
• Assisting in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and participating in client presentations and demonstrations.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Significant experience as an ERP Solution Architect, with a strong focus on Workday transformation and implementation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end Workday implementations, including full lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of Workday modules and functionalities, such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, and Supply Chain Management.
• Prior experience working with one of Workday\'s top competitors (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) in a similar role is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Strong technical acumen and proficiency in ERP system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Workday or other ERP systems would be an advantage.

Location and Compensation: This is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility in working from our London office or Amersham office as required. We offer a competitive salary of up to \xc2\xa3105,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a 10% performance-based bonus.
