Job Description

We're looking for a proactive professional to join our growing team and take ownership of our ERP systems (finance/manufacturing) focussing on driving efficiency, insight, and continuous improvement across the business.
The Role
As the ERP Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing our ERP platform to support key business functions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments, translating operational needs into effective ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and optimise ERP systems to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with finance or supply chain teams to streamline workflows and reporting.
• Manage system integrations with other business applications.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects as needed.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation.

About You

• Proven experience as an ERP Specialist, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong background in Finance/finance transformation/Accountancy/ACA/ACCA qualified or Manufacturing/Supply Chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Sage, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Infor, Navision, IFS etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
