Escape Game Moderator.
We are a front runner of the exciting escape game industry. Our Glasgow venue offers 7 different games with a capacity of 54 players at any one time.
If you are an outgoing, hard working person with good attention to detail, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, then you are the right fit for the job and for our team. Good communication and reliability is needed, and capability to handle short-lived stressful situations is a must.
Previous experience of escape room moderation is not required however some knowledge of escape room games would be an asset.
You must be available to work some weekday afternoons and also the weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties
A Moderator's role is:
to manage the customer experience during their visit from entrance to exit briefing the players to the game and rules of conduct setting the scene of the game (delivering the back story) monitoring their progress and time in the game giving hints if needed resetting the room after the game finishes keeping the venue tidy and in working order
Desirable skills and qualifications include:
disciplined attitude to team and teamwork
Strong sense of responsibility and work ethics
excellent communication and problem solving skills
customer service experience computer literacy qualifications of Higher level or aboveJob Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.30 per hour
