Role purpose: Responsible for supporting the reporting ESG data to the Group by business units





A driven and focused individual who is equally passionate about reporting and the structures that defines it as well as enjoys building and leveraging relationships to obtain, collate, review and report data. The individual will be responsible for supporting delivery of ESG data from our operating company in Turkey, Group functions (including data centres and those that support delivery of services to corporate customers) and will act as the key contact with our newly merged VodafoneThree operation in the UK. The individual will need to be self-motivated in providing support to cross-functional stakeholders, ensure they are proactive in their work, identify new opportunities to embed and improve the reporting process, focussing on completeness and accuracy. The role requires working with key internal and external stakeholders across the business, supporting the delivery of pre-defined ESG data to the Group and for providing best practice recommendations to support and drive the future of ESG reporting in an environment of increasing regulation.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:



Support the delivery of ESG information Turkey and Group functions including Vodafone Business operations; Provide review and challenge on ESG reported data including the processes to obtain, validate and submit ESG data derived from multiple sources across a range of KPIs; Driving implementation of Group defined policies and process controls while addressing all short comings in the current processes across responsibility area; Become the key contact with VodafoneThree to manage the delivery of information required from them to Group and vice versa; Continuously monitor opportunities for process improvement including opportunities for automation in data collection; Producing required reports and data analysis for internal stakeholders to support operational decisions and programme management towards the Group ESG and local targets.

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:



Minimum 3 years' experience in a reporting function for a large organisation within a group; Ability to build strong relationships and support teams across multiple functions under very difficult circumstances to deliver on pre-determined targets; Strong communication and excellent writing and presentation skills to ensure credibility with senior management; and Experience in working with cross functional teams in delivering data in compliance with regulation into a structured and controlled environment subject to external assurance.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:



Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent
