At TMT First, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. From repairing and refurbishing devices to reducing waste and supporting the circular economy, we're committed to making a positive environmental and social impact.

We've already laid strong foundations for our ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) strategy, and now we're looking for someone to help us take it further.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a graduate or early-career specialist to grow their skills across both environmental reporting and sustainability-led marketing. You'll work closely with operational teams, senior leadership, and marketing to build a compelling narrative around our environmental impact and help shape the future of green tech.

This isn't a blank-slate role, you'll be working on clearly defined ESG priorities, but there's plenty of room to bring your own ideas, add your own flair, and help shape how we deliver them.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the development and delivery of TMT First's ESG strategy Tracking and analysing data across waste, energy, logistics, and device reuse Creating clear, engaging reports and content that communicate our ESG progress Collaborating with marketing to build sustainability-led campaigns Producing our annual environmental impact report and broader sustainability materials Contributing to the development of a carbon savings toolkit for partners Supporting ISO 14001 compliance and continuous improvement Researching ESG accreditations and preparing submissions for awards and recognition Staying up to date with ESG trends, frameworks, and regulatory developments Working with the Meelie Mobile team to highlight the consumer impact of refurbished technology

What we're looking for:

A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Business, or a related field Experience or interest in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility Strong understanding of ISO standards (especially ISO 14001) Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship builder Creative and confident, with a passion for making a real impact Able to translate technical data into compelling stories and visuals Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving projects forward Comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging with teams at all levels
