Job Description

We are delighted to be instructed by this top US firm, who are clearly at the forefront of sustainability, environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. They employ a cross-disciplinary, global and highly collaborative approach and provide advice on navigating different constituency pressures amid the rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
Their team includes lawyers with highly-specialised ESG expertise and they are seeking an associate c.2-5pqe to help support their ESG strategy across global practice areas and working closely with clients and specialists to support in the delivery of ESG-relevant client solutions.
Their ESG practice covers the core focus areas of:

• Energy transition in M&A, financing and funds
• Sustainability and impact fundraising
• Sustainability linked financing
• Disputes and antitrust
• Regulation
• Environmental
• Governance
• Diligence

To be considered for this role, you should be working for a well regarded City practice having gained solid and relevant ESG experience. The team is supportive and a great place to develop your career long term. Remuneration is full US plus bonus.
