Summary
We are seeking an Estimator to join our dynamic team at PIVOT365 Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for our signage safety projects, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service and quality to our clients.
Responsibilities
Review project specifications and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to provide accurate pricing.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing strategies.
Prepare and present estimates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Assist in the development of proposal documents as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an estimator or similar role in the construction or signage industry is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
