We are a training centre based in North and West London, we have been established for over 10 years. Last year we engaged with over 800 adult learners on our ESOL programs. We are now seeking ESOL Teachers to join our team in Hayes centre.

The successful candidate will deliver ESOL courses from Pre-Entry Level up to Level 1 for accredited and non-accredited courses leading towards a City & Guilds qualification. You will prepare and deliver teaching to meet the individual needs of learners based on their reading, writing, speaking & listening skills. You will support learners during the course by delivering fun, interesting and engaging lessons which impact on their learning. You will teach groups of 12-24 learners and must ensure excellent attendance, punctuality, retention and agreed achievement rates. You must therefore be enthusiastic about working with a diverse group of learners, support them throughout their learning and ensure learner targets are met by providing regular assessments to assess progression. You will build good relationships with learners by organising regular one-to-one sessions in order to set objectives and inspire them in meeting their goals. Administrative duties will include lesson planning, scheme of work and tutorial reviews as well as marking examination papers and portfolio based courses. All courses run for 3 hours per session, 5 days a week. You are likely to teach morning, afternoon and/ or evening sessions, depending on your availability. You will have the chance to deliver others courses in Employability and Maths. Working from 12pm -6pm. You will join a friendly and experienced team and will be fully supported by our admin and management teams. Attendance to monthly meetings is also expected as you will have the chance to share ideas and best practice techniques. You will also receive full training and support as needed. You must be passionate about teaching and enjoy supporting learners to learn, as well as have knowledge and skills in teaching, the ability to research, produce and use teaching resources that maintain high standards of learning. Teachers must be hard-working, self motivated and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
Successful candidates must hold:

A CELTA/ TESOL or equivalent teaching qualification GCSE: A - C English and maths qualifications (or equivalent) DBS Check: you must complete the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).
