Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' learning needs, and fostering a positive classroom environment. Duties

Plan and deliver effective lessons tailored to the curriculum and individual student needs Support students through tutoring sessions, ensuring understanding of subject material Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation Collaborate with colleagues to develop specialised programmes, including those for students with special educational needs Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behaviour Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and behavioural notes Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various age groups Experience working with children and understanding their developmental needs Knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Relevant teaching qualification or certification recognised within the education sector Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and requirements Organised, patient, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment
