To work effectively and passionately alongside members of your sales team and to deliver excellent customer service and high standards with integrity and pride. KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Ensuring our store delivers our outstanding level of customer service, treating the customer as your number one priority.

o Acting as a role model in setting out the expectation to deliver an exceptional customer experience, coach the team and provide feedback to achieve these standards.

o Be part of an environment where customers feel comfortable asking our opinion and use product knowledge to drive upselling.

o Ensure the customer service we deliver in store creates lasting customer relationships sustaining their brand loyalty.

o Champion our omni-channel offer, offering alternatives ordering from online or other stores so not to disappoint.

o Knowledgeable of current fashion trends and can create bespoke looks for customers.

o Treat every customer as an individual identifying their needs and going above and beyond to fulfil them.

o Uses the appropriate selling techniques, readily identifying different customers to maximise sales. o Inspire and motivate your team to reach individual and branch sales targets.

o Supporting the opening and closing procedures of our stores. o Comfortable to delegate duties and responsibilities to team members ensuring they deliver and complete to the highest standard in a timely manner.

o Take responsibility for completing relevant checklists and cash handling, adhering to and promoting Company processes and procedures.

o Providing support to the team in the manager's absence. o Reviewing and actioning replenishment needs regularly to ensure top sellers and new products are readily available and the store is fully merchandised to company standards at all times.

WHO YOU ARE

o Proven experience in achieving results and reaching KPI's.

o Experience in a customer facing role in a premium or luxury brand. o Passionate about our product, brand and the service we provide.

o Relishes working in a team and driving forward their results. o Excellent communication skills demonstrated in a friendly manner.

o Proactive and professional approach.

o Seeks out and improves upon feedback and learning opportunities.

o Being a brand ambassador in your daily presentation, showing a professional approach to the business both internally and externally.

o Personable, confident, friendly, honest and positive. o Experience ensuring the team are motivated and engaged with our customers, coaching them to confidently acknowledge customers in order to build lasting relationships

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
