Halls is a leading provider of property and rural services across Shropshire and surrounding counties. We offer a range of services from residential and commercial sales and lettings to livestock auctions, surveying and professional valuations.
We are currently seeking an Accompanied Viewer to work on a part time, flexible basis in the local area of our Welshpool property office.
About the Role
As an Accompanied Viewer, you will be responsible for showing potential buyers around residential properties, ensuring they have a positive and informative viewing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Providing potential buyers with key information about the property.
Acting as a representative of the company and delivering outstanding customer service.

Articulate and confident communication skills.
Punctual, reliable, and well-organised.
A flexible approach to working hours (as and when required, by mutual agreement).
Must have use of own vehicle and hold a valid UK driving licence
