The role available is for an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager, or Estate Agent who wants to further their career (
minimum three years experience in Estate Agency
), for our future planned offices across the region.
Requirements:
A proven track record of success in estate agency, minimum 3 years' experience, and a strong desire to excel in the field.
Strong ability to lead a team, co-ordinate day to day operations in branch, work towards targets and provide excellent customer service.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
Specific experience of the local property market is desirable.

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 09:30-17:30, and every other Saturday 10:00-14:00, with 4 hours taken in lieu the following week.

Pay: Starting salary from 28,000 - 30,000 depending on experience, 35,000 - 50,000 OTE per annum, uncapped commission.
