About Logica Properties

We're a new UK prop-tech company based in Bournemouth.

We help estate agents reach serious, modern buyers - including those who hold part of their wealth in digital assets and stablecoins - while agents keep their normal workflow.

We're

not

an estate agency.

We

don't

handle client money.

We simply help agents connect with more ready-to-move buyers. All transactions ultimately settle in GBP through independent solicitors and FCA-regulated payment partners.

We've run a tech business in Bournemouth for 15+ years, and Logica is our long-term venture into the future of property.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Partnerships Lead to onboard independent estate-agency branches across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

This is a relationship-driven role.

Not lettings.

Not canvassing.

Not cold door-knocking.

You'll be speaking directly with estate-agency owners, booking meetings, presenting Logica clearly, and bringing them onto our

Founder Agent

programme (free to join).

This is an opportunity to join a growing prop-tech at ground level and help shape its expansion.

What You'll Do

Contact local estate-agency owners (sales-side only) Book and attend meetings with decision-makers Explain our service clearly (full training provided) Get agencies signed up to our Founder Agent programme Provide our Logica feed URL so they can switch on their property feed in their CRM(same simple step they already use for Rightmove/Zoopla - no technical work for you)*
Report progress and challenges in a short weekly summary Work mainly from our Bournemouth office, with meetings off-site

What We're Looking For

Recent estate-agency sales experience (Valuer, BDM, Branch Manager, or Negotiator who has done valuations) Confident speaking with owners/principals Strong phone manner and organised communication Familiar with Rightmove/Zoopla and basic Material Information Interested in where property + digital-asset buyers are heading Professional, reliable, steady under pressure Driving licence preferred (not essential - we can organise travel) No technical skills needed - we train you

Hours & Pay

~16 hours/week (approx. 2 days/week) 16,000/year part-time (equivalent to 40,000 full-time) Travel expenses covered

Commission (after permanent role)

We use a simple, fair structure that rewards quality agencies and long-term performance.

1. Instant Bonus - Paid Immediately

50 per estate agency you onboard

(paid once their property feed goes live on Logica)

2. 12-Month Bonus - Paid When the Agency Reaches 12 Months

After an agency has been active on Logica for one year

and has moved onto a paid plan

, you receive:

1 per active sales property at the 12-month mark

(properties still listed for sale)

Examples:

150 properties ? 150 400 properties ? 400 650 properties ? 650

Eligibility

To receive the 12-month bonus:

You must still be employed with us at the 12-month mark The agency must still be active on our platform The agency must have converted to a paid plan after their free period Multi-branch agencies are counted per branch
This structure rewards serious long-term partners, not low-value quick wins.

Progression

This contract can convert to a permanent role if:
