You will collaborate closely with other founders and stakeholders to establish a successful business model while fostering a positive work culture.

Duties

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and sustainability. Collaborate with co-founders to define the company's mission, values, and objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and systems are in place. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion. Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Foster an inclusive workplace culture that encourages creativity and innovation. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on goals and projects.

Experience

Proven experience in a leadership role within a startup or entrepreneurial environment is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are an advantage. Experience in administrative functions, including financial management and operational oversight. A passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks to achieve success.
