About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Estate Agent Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the property industry. As an apprentice, you will receive hands-on experience while working towards achieving your Junior Estate Agent Qualification (Level 2).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Support the team in arranging property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.

Conduct property viewings, answering questions and providing information about the property.

Help clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, managing paperwork, and responding to client queries.

Conduct market research and provide feedback on local property trends.

Support in marketing properties via online platforms, brochures, and social media.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and market conditions.

Build relationships with clients, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Qualifications & Skills:

No prior experience required - we will train you!

A genuine interest in the property market and customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

A valid driving license may be required, depending on the role.

Training and Development:

You will be enrolled in the Junior Estate Agent Qualification (Level 2), a nationally recognised qualification that will be completed during your apprenticeship.

Ongoing support and training from experienced estate agents to help you build your knowledge and skills.

Opportunities for career progression upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: 8,000.00-12,000.00 per year
