Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to agents, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing documentation and reports.
Maintain an organised computer diary for client records and agency documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Handle inquiries from clients in a friendly and efficient manner, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience is essential, preferably within a customer-facing role.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling better service for a diverse clientele.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
