Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance to buyers and sellers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the property journey. Conduct valuations, market appraisals, property viewings and negotiations with professionalism and integrity. Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating genuine care in helping individuals and families find their ideal home. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding company standards and compliance requirements. Represent Donald Ross Residential as a trusted and knowledgeable ambassador within the local market.
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in estate agency, property sales, or a target-driven sales/customer service role. A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. A professional, client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships. Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
