The Role

As a

Self-Employed Sales Agent with Urbrix

, you'll manage the full sales journey -- from valuation to completion -- with the backing of a forward-thinking brand and full operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Winning new residential sales instructions Carrying out accurate market appraisals and valuations Managing vendors and buyers throughout the sales process Negotiating offers and achieving the best possible prices Progressing sales through to exchange and completion Building your personal brand within your local market Proactively generating new business opportunities
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

residential property sales

Confident, professional, and target-driven Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and organisation Local area knowledge Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
