Handling all incoming
lettings and sales enquiries
Conducting
property viewings
Providing timely and detailed
viewer feedback
to clients
Applicant Management
Re-registering applicants
to uncover missed opportunities
Identifying opportunities for
property appraisals
Promoting and upselling
value-add services
Business Generation
Door knocking
and
leaflet dropping
in target areas
Exploring creative and proactive methods to bring in
new instructions
Supporting wider marketing and outreach initiatives
About You
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Highly organised with excellent follow-up habits
Self-motivated and target-driven
Positive attitude and willingness to get involved in local business-generation activities
Previous experience in property is beneficial but not essential

Weekdays:
10:00am - 6:30pm
Saturdays:
9:00am - 2:00pm
Flexible Working Options:
Hours can be negotiated for candidates willing to work
every Saturday
