Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support. Conduct market research to stay informed about property trends and pricing. Prepare and present property listings, including photographs and descriptions that highlight key features. Schedule and conduct viewings for prospective buyers or tenants. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings. Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively through various channels. Foster relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up communication.

Experience

Previous administrative experience is highly desirable to manage documentation and client communications efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and negotiating deals effectively. Excellent organisational skills are required to manage multiple listings, appointments, and client needs simultaneously.
