OUR TEAM

DUTIES ARE AS BELOW BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Preparation of paperwork for marketing purposes

Advertising properties on all available property portals and Social media platforms

Key Accompanied Viewings

Negotiating tenancy terms, rents, furnishings etc.

Preparation of all legally required tenancy paperwork

Registration of Landlords and Security Deposits

Managing the renewal of tenancies

Scheduling, processing, following up property inspections and repairs related to these

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

We are looking for a person with an outgoing personality

You should have strong organisation & communication skills

Excellent numeracy and literacy skills

Excellent customer service skills

Clean UK driving licence and access to a car

Excellent communication skills both verbally & written

Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs and general use

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

Third level qualification at 2.2 level or above in a property/ Building surveying related field

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Work is office based but you will also spend time visiting properties to carry out routine inspections. Because travel within a working day is required, a full driving licence is required.

You will be expected to dress smartly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 (DOE) per year

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm & every third Saturday 9.30am - 12.30pm
