Roles & Responsibilities
:Preparation of paperwork for marketing purposes
Advertising properties on all available property portals and Social media platforms
Key Accompanied Viewings
Negotiating tenancy terms, rents, furnishings etc.
Registration of Landlords and Security Deposits
Essential Criteria
:3 years' experience in a similar role
Clean UK driving licence and access to a car
You will be expected to dress smartly.

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm & every third Saturday 9.30am -12.30pm
