Summary

We're looking for an experienced

Estate Agent

to join our growing team in Bellshill and East Kilbride. This is a varied role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to sales, prospecting and client care.

You'll work closely with the Branch Manager to support day-to-day operations, handle client communications, and drive new business.

Key Responsibilities

Booking and carrying out property viewings Responding to phone, email and website enquiries Supporting valuations and following up with potential clients Uploading property details to our CRM and major portals Negotiating offers and managing buyer communications Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and clients throughout the sales process Booking market appraisals and preparing valuation packs Generating new leads and carrying out prospecting activities Issuing invoices and helping maintain accurate financial records Assisting with general admin and supporting the wider team

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of estate agency experience (sales or lettings) Strong customer service and negotiation skills High attention to detail and ability to follow processes through Proactive and organised, with a can-do attitude Confident using CRM systems and office software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment

Desirable

Proven track record of hitting sales targets Own car and driving licence preferred Enthusiastic, adaptable and ready to help grow the business
