About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Sales Consultant
to join a leading, well-established property group with a strong reputation in the UK residential sales market. This role is ideal for a driven and ambitious professional with a proven background in estate agency sales who is ready to take the next step in their career.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in growing the property register, winning new instructions, and assisting the Branch Manager in achieving branch performance targets. You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where exceptional customer service and strong negotiation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and maximise new business opportunities within the local property market.
Register applicants, arrange and conduct property viewings, and advertise listings effectively.
Deliver outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone.
Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, buyers, and vendors.
Manage property sales from initial enquiry through to completion.
Support the Branch Manager with valuations, listings, and ad hoc duties.
Ensure all property listings are accurate and compliant with company standards.
Actively network within the local community to generate leads and promote services.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in
residential property sales
or
estate agency
.
Proven record of achieving targets and generating new business.
Valuation and listing experience preferred.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
Full UK driving licence required.
