As an

Area Property Marketing Consultant

, you'll be at the heart of our business, driving growth and delivering an exceptional client experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Building meaningful, lasting relationships with vendors Securing new property instructions and generating fresh business opportunities Showcasing homes with standout marketing to attract motivated buyers Managing property contracts and promoting valuable additional services Creating premium property brochures with professional imagery and compelling descriptions Conducting proactive local canvassing--door knocking, leaflet drops, and community outreach Ensuring all listings meet essential health and safety requirements

What You Bring to the Team

A

full UK manual driving licence

Previous estate agency experience and a genuine desire to step up A collaborative,

team-focused mindset

with emerging leadership qualities A natural flair for

customer service excellence

A proactive, driven approach with strong organisational skills Confident communication skills and a polished telephone manner Comfortable using

Microsoft Office

and general IT systems

Pay: 60,000.00-75,000.00 per year
