Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales Manager with branch performance and daily operations Coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve their goals Conduct valuations, list new instructions, and drive revenue Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and vendors Oversee viewings, offers, and sales progression Work closely with Mortgage Advisors and Lettings teams to maximise opportunities

What We're Looking For

Proven

Estate Agency experience

with success in valuations and winning instructions Strong leadership and communication skills Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute Excellent customer service skills and professional integrity Full UK Driving Licence Confident using IT systems and new technology
