Senior Floating Branch Manager - Essex Area

The Package

Basic Salary:

Up to 35,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)

Realistic Earnings (OTE):

50,000 - 65,000

Work Pattern:

5 days per week (includes Saturdays, 3 on, 1 off)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire branch teams to achieve sales and lettings targets Conduct morning meetings, one-to-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews Generate new business opportunities and manage property valuations Present and market properties to achieve the best results for clients Stay informed on local property market trends and competitor activity Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants Ensure compliance and uphold company standards across all branches

About You

We are seeking an individual who has:

Proven experience in

estate agency management or senior negotiator roles

Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities A results-driven approach with high levels of motivation and resilience A passion for property and helping clients achieve their goals A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across multiple branches
