WN Properties is an Estate and Lettings Agency based in Shenfield, Essex. WN Properties is part of the same group as Northwood Chelmsford and occasionally there may an overlap of working between the two offices.

The role will be mainly focused on Sales, but at time to time you may need to assist with lettings and managment.

Ideally, the individual will look at working 5 days in a week, with every other Saturday, with a day of in lieu for the Saturday.

Must have UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Starting Salary 25,000 Per Annum + generous commision and bonus structure

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing comprehensive advice and support. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively. Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property markets and trends. Develop and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with other professionals such as solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to facilitate transactions. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and processing enquiries efficiently. Promote listings through various channels including social media, online portals, and traditional marketing methods.

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve a broad client base. Demonstrable knowledge of the local property market is advantageous. Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating within a team environment. Valid UK driving licence is preferred for property viewings and client meetings outside the office. A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
