Overview

We require an experienced individual who must have at least 3 years industry experience and ideally some with listing lettings properties .

Must be personal and presentable and have use of own car . OTE in excess of 30,000 .

We are a small and successful team who deal with both sales and lettings so an understanding of sales would be beneficial but not essential .

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Carry out valuations and win instructions Carry out inspections, inventories and deal with maintenance issues. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and market analyses. Collaborate with other professionals such as contractors . Provide exceptional customer service throughout process.

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Administrative proficiency to handle paperwork accurately and efficiently. A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A genuine interest in the property market and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: 23,000.00-32,500.00 per year
