Job Description
We have a vacancy for an Estate Agent to join Maggs & Allen as a Sales Negotiator within our Estate Agency Department, on a full-time basis.
What we are looking for:
Experience within estate agency or sales (ideally) Smart, charismatic, and professional in manner Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated but also a strong team player with good communication skills.
Working closely with our experienced team the key responsibilities of the role will include:
You will be responsible for:
Providing excellent customer service & building long-lasting relationships with clients Registering buyers & matching requirements to available properties Accompany viewing appointments Sales administration Negotiating offers
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator is preferred Well spoken & presentable Excellent local knowledge UK driving licence & own car Ability to take initiative and prioritise workload Ability to work under pressure and multi-task Smart, professional appearance
