Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join our team, either part time, full time, employed or self employed. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and customers. Your ability to communicate effectively, coupled with strong organisational skills, will be essential in managing client relationships and property listings.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve satisfactory agreements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions. Utilise various marketing strategies to promote properties effectively. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless service experience for clients. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice.

Requirements

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients. Previous experience in sales or lettings is crucial. Administrative proficiency for maintaining records and managing schedules. A full UK driving licence will be required for property viewings and valuations.
