Lettings Negotiator

to join our team.

You will be helping tenants find their perfect home while providing top-notch customer service. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same--you'll be conducting viewings, managing enquiries, and building great relationships with both tenants and landlords

Must be a great communicator, confident on the phone, happy to meet people from all walks of life, well organised, good problem solver, great people person. Team player essential.

Salary according to experience plus car allowance and uncapped commission.

What you will shine at:

Talking to Landlords and Tenants about their property requirements and connecting people with the right properties Arranging and attending viewings/open days and providing friendly advice and a welcoming service Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance Helping customers find their ideal property, negotiate terms and get those offers agreed and accepted Dealing with all the relevant administration effectively.

The ideal candidate will:

Preferably have previous lettings experience and customer service experience Be driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement Be able to work effectively within a team Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times Display high standards of service and presentation Have good organisational skills Demonstrate ideas and initiative to drive growth Have a full clean driving licence Articulate and Numerate
