The Role

We're looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial estate agent to join our AJ family, ideally based around Carlisle.

You'll be the face of AshdownJones in the area - building relationships, providing expert advice, and negotiating successful sales. While you'll have full back-office support, training, and marketing resources at your disposal, this role suits someone who thrives on personal drive and takes ownership of results.
