What You'll Be Doing

Grow your local presence with targeted marketing and community engagement Build strong relationships to generate new business and referrals Attend valuations and convert opportunities into instructions Oversee your listed properties through to successful completion Manage your own diary and provide an outstanding customer journey
Who We're Looking For

2-3+ years of estate agency experience (Lister or Senior Negotiator level desirable) Someone ready to run their own area with pride and entrepreneurial flair A confident valuer who loves business generation A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills Highly organised and committed to delivering an exceptional service Motivated, ambitious, and keen to progress within a growing brand
