The company specialises in residential property sales, valuations, buyer management, and delivering high-quality customer service. The Crawley branch is an established, customer-focused office seeking a driven Sales Manager to support performance, develop the team, and deliver strong sales results.
The Package
Basic Salary:
25,000
Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months and a support incentive for the following 6 months
On-Target Earnings:
40,000-50,000
Car Allowance:
3,000 or company car
Work Pattern:
Five days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Why This Role Matters
The Sales Manager plays an essential role in ensuring the branch delivers excellent customer service and strong commercial performance. You will oversee key sales activities, support the team, and help maintain professional standards throughout the branch.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions through effective communication and rapport-building
Manage the full sales process including marketing, viewings, negotiation, and sales progression
Work towards agreed sales targets and key performance indicators
Support the Branch Manager with coaching, development, and day-to-day team coordination
Generate new business through prospecting and local market knowledge
Match buyers to suitable properties using CRM systems and database management
Build strong working relationships with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, and other relevant partners
Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company procedures
Monitor local property trends and provide insights to the wider team
About You
We are looking for someone who is professional, confident, and enthusiastic about delivering a high standard of customer care.
You will bring:
Experience in estate agency, property sales, or residential sales management
A proven record of converting valuations into instructions
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
A positive and resilient attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Leadership qualities and the ability to support team development
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Knowledge of the Crawley and West Sussex property market (desirable)
A full UK driving licence
